Systems & Integrations

Your ERP holds the data. Getting it out is the hard part.

Protheus is usually the most complete system in the company and, at the same time, the most isolated. The data is there, but for it to reach the website, the support desk or a non-standard report, someone ends up exporting a spreadsheet by hand every week. We have worked with Protheus for over 20 years, and that bridge is exactly what we build.

  • Protheus ↔ website, e-commerce and support integration
  • Customisation designed to survive updates
  • Dashboards and reports outside the ERP
  • Automation of manual routines and exports
  • Discovery alongside the people who use the system

Connecting Protheus to the rest of the operation

We connect the ERP to what runs outside it — website, e-commerce, support system, internal tools — so stock, orders, customer records and finance flow without double entry. The integration respects the rules already configured in your Protheus rather than bypassing them.

Customisation that stays within the standard

When a process needs something the ERP does not do out of the box, the customisation has to be built so it survives the next update. That is the difference between a solution that lasts years and a workaround that breaks on the first upgrade.

ERP data where people actually work

Not everyone in the company needs — or should have — Protheus open. We bring the information to where it gets used: a dashboard for management, a lookup on the salesperson's phone, an automatic report instead of the file someone rebuilds every Monday.

Someone who speaks both languages

The hard part of an ERP project is rarely purely technical — it is translating between the people who understand the business and the people who understand the system. Two decades spent around Protheus and the people who depend on it shorten a lot of meetings and avoid much of the rework.

FAQ

Do you work directly inside my Protheus?
It depends on what the project requires and what your internal policy allows. In many cases we work through integration, without touching the ERP core — that is the safer route. When customisation inside the system is unavoidable, it is done in a documented and reviewable way.
Can Protheus be integrated with the website and support desk?
Yes, it is one of the most common requests. Order lookup, delivery status, catalogue and customer records can be exposed securely to the website or the support system, so the end customer serves themselves instead of calling someone to check the ERP.
My company is small — is it worth it?
If you already run Protheus, there is almost always a manual routine that can be taken off someone's hands. We start with whatever consumes the most time today, measure the result and decide together whether to continue — you do not have to commit to a large project up front.
How does it start?
With a conversation about where it hurts: which information is stuck, which spreadsheet gets rebuilt every week, which process depends on one specific person. From there we put together the scope and the quote.
